Crawley Town Centre Branding

 

The perception of Crawley is that it’s a fine place to work but the town centre is a collection of disparate zones which don’t effortlessly flow between each other, and don’t appear to be projecting the same image. This makes attracting and retaining footfall traffic difficult as potential visitors tend to see Crawley as a place where particular shops are located and not as a destination in its own right.

Creative Brief

We were asked to develop a coherent brand narrative, visual identity, assets and guidelines using insight from a populus telephone survey, senior officer and member interviews and focus groups with Council officers and various service and business stakeholders.
