The Council's Strategic Plan outlines its primary ambitions and challenges over a four-year political cycle. These are organised into three strategic priorities that support the implementation of the Strategic Plan and ensure it shapes Council service plans and performance management frameworks. Additionally, the plan provides guidance for partnership working and workforce plans, as well as future strategies. 

To ensure everyone in the organisation understands how their role contributes to these priorities, the Hackney Design Team created an animation that simplifies complex information into a more comprehensible format.
